The Northern Neck Orchestra will perform a joyful holiday concert of Christmas carols, popular tunes and classical favorites on December 16 at the Lancaster Elementary School Theater (formerly the Lancaster Middle School), 191 School Street, in Kilmarnock.
The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be preceded by a pre-concert talk by Music Director Michael Repper at 6:45 p.m.
The orchestra will be hosting a holiday food drive at the concert on behalf of the Healthy Harvest Food Pantry to help it provide healthy meals to local individuals who struggle with hunger. Attendees are encouraged to bring food donations of non-perishable canned goods and packaged foods (no glass containers) to drop off in the lobby.
“Join us for this festive celebration of music for the season.
It will be a wonderful evening of holiday fun.”
