The final concert of the Northern Neck Orchestra Chamber Music Series presents “Quartets for Voice and Strings,” a showcase of warm, lyrical music by contemporary composers, on April 14 at 2 p.m. at Good Luck Cellars, 1025 Goodluck Rd. in Kilmarnock.
The performance features Plan and Elevation for String Quartet by Caroline Shaw, A Woman’s Song and Advice To a Girl by Anne Cawrse and The Paper Lined Shack for Voice and String Quartet by Jeff Beal.
These poignant and romantic works are the creations of some of the most talented artists composing today.
